Products purchased on Nova Jardin may be exchanged or returned up to fourteen days (14 days) upon receipt.

To initiate the return process, please fill out the request form here. You will receive the mailing address for the return as soon as we verify your order. Each order is allowed for returning service once only.
You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurance to secure your package. We only accept product returns via a trackable service. Please notify us of the tracking number by email.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns. Nova Jardin cannot be held responsible for return insurance and does not accept responsibility for pieces lost in transit. 
Please note that we will accept unworn, unused and undamaged products, accompanied by the original packaging and product documentation. Customized products are not eligible for returns. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your returned items are approved after inspection, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 3-5 working days to show up on your statement.

We do not offer an exchange service at the current stage. However, if you want to purchase another product from the Site other than your original choice, you are more than welcome to place a new order while processing the return of the earlier order.
